The KCCC provides a venue for gatherings of member families, individuals and organizations at very reasonable cost. Anyone who wishes to use the facility may call the KCCC at 905-602-0923 or leave a message and someone will return the call. Payment is required upon signing the contract - the facility is not booked without payment.

Rental rates are as follows: for the meetings rooms/small party rooms with no food served - $40/hour (members) and $50/hour (non-members). If food is served, rental rate is $50/hour (members) and $60/hour (non-members). Day or evening socials at the Media Room is $60/hour (members) and $70/hour (non-members).

The Grand Hall rental rate is $70/hour (members) and $80/hour (non-members) for daytime socials up to 4:00 pm. Meetings, rehearsals and conferences are $50/hour (members) and $60/hour (non-members). For evening functions at the Grand Hall from 5:00 P.M. to 12:00 midnight, rental rate is $500 (less than 100 occupants) and $800 (more than 100 occupants).

All bookings are accompanied by a deposit of $100 to cover for loss or damage to property or violation of the terms of the contract. The deposit is refundable after the event if no loss or damage is found.
